Words cannot describe how incredible it was working with Fritz and Sarah for my custom wedding dress. I came to them reasonably last minute, with a vision to use vintage lace from my grandmother’s wedding dress, and wasn’t sure how it would turn out as the lace was very old and fiddly. But F&S knew my vision straight away, they listened to my ideas and gave me creative direction whilst being practical and realistic about what was possible – and the end result was truly the dress of my absolute dreams. It was crafted to perfection, with attention to detail and careful treatment of the lace. They had lovely fabric options, and their price point was absolutely reasonable for the labour involved. My experience with Fritz and Sarah has been absolutely amazing. I was recommended to get my dress altered through them from Natalie Rose Bridal (also the most amazing experience!). I met Sarah for my consultation/fitting and felt so comfortable and at ease with her. Sarah is so bubbly, has such a fun energy whilst also being so professional and efficient! I could tell she absolutely knows her stuff and I felt so safe leaving my dress in her hands! Communication via emails with Sarah has been really great too. During my pick up appointment I had Fritz, and my gosh he is so lovely! I felt like I could chat to him all day he was so welcoming and genuine. Fritz got me to walk around in my dress, got my bridesmaid to practice helping me put the dress on, and asked me questions to make sure I was happy with my dress. Throughout my time with them from booking an appointment through to picking up my finished dress, I never once doubted they’d do an amazing job with my dress.
