Shipping Times

• Wedding Gowns & Dresses – 6 months.
  All Dresses are Customer Made to Orders so allow a 6 month lead time. 
  
  
• Sample Sale Gowns — Allow 7 – 10 working days for Shipping.
  
  
• Veils & Sleeves – 2 weeks for production and 3 – 5 working days for shipping
  
  
• Earrings – 3-5 working days for shipping

Returns Policy

We have a no returns policy for made to order items. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings can’t be returned.

Faulty items can be returned, please contact hello@fritzandsarah.co.nz to arrange.
